2022 was a very special year for our team. The disciplined focus of each member resulted in a rapid acceleration of growth. I am equally grateful and inspired by what was accomplished, as everyone on our team is. One thing that we are not is surprised. As I've said again and again: over time, inputs are highly correlated with outputs.
Liberty Supply didn't start to build a business. Liberty Supply started to solve systemic problems. Business is a byproduct of their resolution. Our entire approach is to start with customers and work backward. This approach's anatomy comprises asking, listening, learning, and acting.
As 2022 wraps, I smile, thinking about the dichotomy of perpetual dissatisfaction and endless gratitude. It's a particular type of curse. One that is grounded in the fact that people gave us a shot when we were at zero. To those individuals and organizations, thank you. We'll do what we said we'd do. We'll finish what we started. Then we'll move the goalposts and do more.
