Hermigilda, who goes by Hermie, joined Liberty Supply as a Client Support Specialist at the beginning of February. Hermie's focus is on providing excellent customer service for our e-commerce customers throughout the lifecycle of their orders.
Hermie is a mother to three incredible children—two daughters and a son—of which she is incredibly proud. Independence has been a constant theme in her life, ingrained in her from her earliest memories by her mother. This impactful lesson resonates with Hermie every day, reminding her that success demands hard work and dedication.
Her academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence—she earned two degrees through scholarship programs. The birth of her children fueled her passion for teaching them that all aspirations are attainable with unwavering consistency.
With almost nine years of experience in customer service, her professional path took an enriching turn into project management for an Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC company in California. This transition opened the door to a role where she discovered customer service was perfect for her skills and passion.
