Rex is a full-stack developer with over a decade of experience in software engineering. He is passionate about applying technology to bridge the gap between suppliers and consumers.
Growing up as the youngest of his siblings, Rex was fascinated by what his older brothers were doing with their computer (a Pentium II 400mhz). He would constantly shadow his eldest brother, writing notes and applying learnings. Fast forward a decade, and his curiosity only grew stronger.
During his college days, Rex became hooked on coding. He learned by assisting his colleagues in their senior thesis work. This helped Rex to continue sharpening his skills through understanding and solving specific problems.
On the back of college, Rex took a detour from technology to pursue a calling of full-time missionary work. The experiences he gained in pursuing missionary work helped to build empathy, discipline, and effective communication skills.
Rex is passionate about anything related to digital. In recent years, he has been excited about how the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence is changing the field of computing. As a Sr. Software Engineer at Liberty Supply, Rex looks forward to fostering his curiosity to build solutions that solve customers’ pain.
