Bell & Gossett Series e-1531 close-coupled end suction pumps are designed to provide high hydraulic efficiency, rugged performance, and space-saving installation for HVAC, plumbing, and general service applications. Built with a footless volute design, the Series e-1531 offers a compact pumping solution for systems where efficiency, reliability, and installation flexibility are important.

Engineered for “best in class” hydraulic performance, the Series e-1531 features a broad efficiency range that helps reduce electricity consumption, improve system performance, and lower lifecycle costs. Its wide “efficiency island” allows the pump to maintain strong efficiency across a larger range of operating conditions compared to many similar pumps.

The Series e-1531’s performance is supported by advanced computational fluid dynamics design, proven hydraulic engineering, and Xylem’s experience in HVAC and plumbing applications. ISO G6.3 balanced stainless steel impellers help deliver smooth, vibration-free operation while supporting durable hydraulic performance, reduced corrosion potential, and greater application flexibility.

Designed for easier maintenance, the back pullout construction allows service access without disturbing system piping. Internally self-flushing mechanical seals, a stainless steel shaft sleeve, and heavy-duty cast iron volute construction help provide dependable operation in demanding commercial and industrial environments.

Available in 15 sizes and multiple configuration options, the Series e-1531 can be customized to meet a wide range of operating requirements. These pumps are available in 1.25" through 6" discharge sizes, with motor options from 3/4 to 50 HP at 1750 RPM and 2 to 60 HP at 3500 RPM. They provide flows up to 2,300 GPM and heads up to 400 feet.

All Bell & Gossett Series e-1531 pumps are also available with TECHNOLOGIC intelligent pump controllers and variable speed drives for enhanced system control and energy efficiency.
