This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow through the system. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75" diameter impeller constructed from stainless steel, matching the material used for the casing and shaft. A cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate supports the unit, while the sealing system uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built for service up to 250°F, the pump complies with NSF-61 standards. The self-supporting configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and maintains a sturdy structure for system operation.
The unit runs on a 3 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by 230/460V 3PH electrical service. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
