This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to simplify piping layout. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller to manage fluid flow. The mechanical seal assembly, composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, withstands temperatures up to 250°F. Equipped with companion flanges, the unit provides a self-supporting design suitable for horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly complies with Hydraulic Institute standards, maintaining structural integrity up to 175 PSI, and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings across the pump.
The motor is a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit configured for a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
