This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. Its hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, meeting Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity at pressures up to 175 PSI. The casing also includes pressure tappings for differential readings.
The unit has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency ODP motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
