This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow while reducing system strain. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller, and a bronze face plate. This configuration permits vertical or horizontal installation while allowing the unit to be self-supported by system piping. The hydraulic assembly features a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber mechanical seal allow for fluid temperatures reaching 250°F and operating pressures up to 175 PSI. The casing structure is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards for mechanical consistency.
The pump uses a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
