This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports aligned to reduce piping strain. The assembly uses a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller, and a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. Its hydraulic configuration accommodates a 7.9" nominal impeller, supporting fluid flow. The unit operates at temperatures up to 250°F, with a mechanical seal constructed from a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. It includes companion flanges and is self-supported by system piping, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation. The sturdy construction maintains performance under pressures up to 175 PSI, adhering to Hydraulic Institute standards.
The unit includes a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power, usable at 208V. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
