This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow. The construction includes a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller, a cast iron bracket, and a bronze face plate. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without the need for external strapping. The assembly has a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter and includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, which allows operation in temperatures reaching 250°F and pressures up to 175 PSI. Companion flanges are included for system connection.
The unit includes a 1.5 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V 3PH electrical service. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
