This close-coupled in-line pump uses a 2" suction and discharge port configuration for fluid transport, with an in-line design that allows horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 7.9" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. This construction supports system operation up to 250°F. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, combined with integral pressure tappings for differential readings. The casing structure is self-supporting, permitting installation directly into the system piping without external strapping.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC unit powered by 230/460V, 3PH, paired with a 380-480V, 3PH variable frequency drive. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
