This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for flow within system piping. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. A 6.35" nominal diameter impeller moves fluid, while the mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This assembly withstands fluid temperatures reaching 250°F and a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. With a self-supporting in-line design, the pump mounts in either horizontal or vertical orientations without additional support. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential pressure readings.
The system is driven by a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, wired for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
