This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line hydraulic configuration with aligned 2" suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket featuring a stainless steel face plate. This self-supporting build allows for horizontal or vertical installation within the piping system. The hydraulic assembly includes a mechanical seal equipped with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operating temperatures up to 250°F. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, while the sturdy casing accommodates the rotating assembly and internal components during high-pressure system operation.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor configured for 230/460V 3PH power, combined with an integrated VFD operating on a 208-240V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
