This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports with an in-line configuration for smooth fluid flow. The unit includes a 6.15" stainless steel impeller and shaft, combined with a cast iron casing and bracket. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and can be installed horizontally or vertically. This self-supporting assembly uses Hydraulic Institute standards, managing internal fluid pressure while minimizing system piping strain.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit, configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power, paired with a 208-240V 3PH variable frequency drive. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
