This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly uses a cast iron casing and a 4.75-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. A cast iron bracket combined with a bronze face plate supports the assembly, while a seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supporting, which allows for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards.
The system uses a 1/3 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
