This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. It uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 7.9" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. The assembly supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. Built per Hydraulic Institute standards, the structure handles a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor is a 3/4 HP unit operating at 1750 RPM, equipped with a TEFC enclosure and configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
