This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The unit is built with a stainless steel casing and a 7.9" stainless steel impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. Its internal sealing system uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards. This self-supporting configuration allows for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without the need for external bracing.
The system operates on a 2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor powered by a 208-230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
