This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for flow stability. The unit uses 304 stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly combined with a bronze wear ring. It has a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter and includes a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber rated for 250°F. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and is equipped with integrated pressure tappings. It can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external strapping and comes with companion flanges for integration into system piping.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH power supply, also usable at 208V. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
