This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller housed within a stainless steel casing, with the impeller and shaft also sharing this stainless steel construction. A cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate supports the hydraulic assembly, which functions at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting configuration allows for installation in horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external strapping, as the design maintains structural integrity within the connected piping arrangement.
The system uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
