This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. The hydraulic assembly has a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit handles temperatures up to 250°F. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber gaskets manages fluid containment. This unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations, as the structure is self-supported by the system piping.
The motor is a 1 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency unit with a TEFC enclosure and a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
