This close-coupled in-line pump has a 1.5-inch connection and an in-line design with aligned suction and discharge ports. The assembly uses a dynamically balanced, one-piece 304 stainless steel impeller, which facilitates fluid flow while reducing strain on the system piping. The sturdy casing handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI and fluid temperatures up to 300°F. As a self-supporting unit, it can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations without requiring external strapping. Integrated pressure tappings are built into the casing, allowing for differential readings across the hydraulic components.
The unit has a 23 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
