This close-coupled in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 4.75" stainless steel impeller and shaft for fluid movement through 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The assembly includes a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allows the unit to handle temperatures up to 250°F. The in-line configuration has aligned ports that reduce system piping strain, while the self-supporting design allows for horizontal and vertical installation. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the casing structure handles pressures up to 175 PSI and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The unit is powered by a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
