This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports aligned for installation within existing piping. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the 4.75" nominal impeller and shaft are built with stainless steel. The hydraulic assembly includes a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external strapping. The structure maintains alignment between suction and discharge connections, reducing fluid turbulence and overall mechanical strain on the system piping.
This unit is equipped with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC premium efficiency motor powered by a 230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
