This close-coupled in-line pump includes an in-line design with 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The unit has a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller to manage flow. Stainless steel construction comprises the pump casing, impeller, shaft, and face plate, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the casing has a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and withstands temperatures up to 250°F. The internal seal assembly uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber components. Because of its self-supporting configuration, this pump can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without needing additional external piping supports, allowing for flexible integration into existing system layouts.
The system runs on a 2 HP, 1750 RPM motor housed in an ODP enclosure, powered by a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
