This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The unit is built with a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 7.9-inch diameter stainless steel impeller. A bronze face plate is integrated into the bracket construction, while the mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This assembly handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing uses an in-line configuration with aligned ports, which reduces piping strain and allows for horizontal or vertical installation. The hydraulic assembly has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure motor powered by 230/460V, 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
