This Taco 4900 Series Commercial Air and Dirt Separator, Model 4912ADB, is a high-quality product designed to remove air and dirt from hydronic heating and cooling systems. With a removable bottom cover and a 12" flanged connection, this separator is easy to install, maintain, and clean. It has a maximum working pressure of 150 psi, making it suitable for use in commercial applications. The separator works by using centrifugal force to remove air and dirt particles from the system's fluid stream. 4900 Series Overview
Taco 4900 Series Commercial Air & Dirt Separators efficiently remove air, dirt, and other contaminants from system components, enhancing efficiency and longevity. These separators also feature a vent mechanism for releasing merged micro-bubbles and a blowdown valve to dispose of dirt. The magnet, easily activated by a handle, simplifies maintenance and magnetite removal. They are suitable for systems with variable speed and constant flow.
