This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, configured for installation that reduces strain on system piping. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the hydraulic assembly includes a 304 stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal system manages fluid movement at temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations, maintaining compatibility with standard system configurations. The casing structure is built to withstand pressures reaching 175 PSI.
The motor operates at 1 HP and 1750 RPM, equipped with a TEFC enclosure and configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
