This close-coupled in-line pump features an in-line configuration with 2" suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The unit includes a 6.15" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft, combined with a robust cast iron casing and bracket. It handles operating temperatures up to 250°F and uses a shaft seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber construction. This self-supporting assembly can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The hydraulic assembly meets Hydraulic Institute standards and includes integrated pressure tappings for precise differential readings during operation.
The pump operates with a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power, matched with an integrated variable frequency drive for flow control. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
