This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. It houses a 6.15" diameter impeller and meets NSF-61 requirements for water systems. Internal sealing consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting unit allows for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping. Its design handles maximum system pressures of 175 PSI, while integrated pressure tappings provide accurate differential readings.
The unit runs on a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
