This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to facilitate smooth fluid movement. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural rigidity. This unit includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller and an NSF-61 compliant hydraulic assembly that accommodates temperatures up to 250°F. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI. As a self-supporting unit, it can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations without requiring external strapping. The internal seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber to maintain a reliable barrier for standard fluid applications.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for 208-230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
