This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections paired with a 4.30" nominal diameter impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron. This configuration complies with NSF-61 standards and includes a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly that isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal has a carbon rotor and ceramic seat with EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A flexible rubber drive coupling connects the motor to the pump to handle angular and parallel misalignment. This assembly can be installed for fresh water service, zoning large installations, or primary-secondary loops.
The pump has a 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor for 115V 1PH power supplies. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
