This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller and a sturdy casing constructed from stainless steel, matching the shaft material. A bronze wear ring is paired with a mechanical seal containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards for a maximum pressure of 175 PSI and maintains NSF 61 compliance. This self-supporting unit can be installed horizontally or vertically without external strapping.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V, 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
