This close-coupled in-line pump features an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. A cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate supports the structure, while the sealing system uses a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber. This configuration operates at pressures up to 175 PSI and fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting unit permits installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. Differential pressure tappings integrated into the casing simplify system monitoring.
This unit uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor configured for a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
