This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for direct piping installation. The hydraulic assembly features a 6.15" nominal impeller that, along with the casing, face plate, and shaft, uses stainless steel construction. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, which includes a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built for hydronic applications, the unit handles operating temperatures up to 250°F and complies with NSF-61 standards. The in-line configuration is self-supporting, permitting installation in horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring additional external strapping for the piping connections.
The unit includes a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
