This in-line circulator has a cast iron casing with 3" suction and discharge connections, paired with 3" companion flanges. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.90" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a matching stainless steel shaft. This configuration includes a ball bearing cartridge design that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. For high-temperature or aggressive fluid applications, the unit is equipped with a Sealide-C silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers rated for 250°F. A flexible rubber drive coupling connects the pump to the motor to absorb angular and parallel misalignment.
The 1/2 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure and accepts a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
