This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. It uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring. The assembly has a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter and is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The sealing system includes a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, which complies with NSF 61 standards. The unit has a self-supporting in-line configuration, allowing for horizontal or vertical installation directly within the system piping. The casing is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC enclosure unit, powered by 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
