This close-coupled in-line pump uses an in-line design with aligned suction and discharge ports for smooth fluid flow. The unit has a self-supporting configuration for horizontal or vertical installation, reducing strain on system piping. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring. This assembly meets NSF 61 standards and includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. Integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings, and the casing structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards for operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The pump includes a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, wired for 115/208-230V/60/1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
