This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned for uniform fluid flow. It uses a 6.15" stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing, face plate, and shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, which includes a mechanical seal built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This configuration meets NSF-61 standards and maintains structural integrity at operating temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, and the pump can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations because it is self-supported by the system piping.
The unit includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficient, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
