This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations. A Sealide C mechanical seal is equipped with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers for temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9" nominal diameter impeller complies with NSF-61 requirements, and the assembly is built to Hydraulic Institute standards for pressures up to 175 PSI.
The motor is a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit, configured for 200V/60Hz/3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
