This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while the bracket is cast iron and the wear ring is bronze. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built for fluid transport, the unit operates at temperatures up to 250°F and includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping layouts without external strapping, meeting pressure requirements for commercial piping systems.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor housed in a TEFC enclosure, powered by 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
