This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2" suction and 2" discharge ports. It is built with a cast iron casing and bracket, while the 7.9" diameter impeller and shaft are stainless steel. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. The design permits horizontal or vertical installation, allowing for support by the system piping itself. The hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is constructed to meet Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
The pump includes a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Equipped with a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
