This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a 6.35" nominal stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. A cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate supports the hydraulic internals. The pump includes a ceramic seat and carbon rotor seal assembly with EPT rubber components, which allows for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting structure can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without additional external strapping. With pressure tappings for differential readings, the unit follows Hydraulic Institute standards and is built for systems with operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
This unit is equipped with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
