This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping strain while maintaining smooth fluid flow. The pump casing and bracket use cast iron, combined with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. A 6.35" nominal diameter impeller manages hydraulic performance within the housing. The sealing assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit fits into horizontal or vertical piping layouts without the need for external strapping.
The assembly includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
