This in-line circulator has 3" suction and discharge connections paired with a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket is cast iron. This configuration complies with NSF-61 standards and has a flexible rubber drive coupling. A replaceable cartridge bearing assembly includes a carbon rotor and ceramic seat mechanical seal with EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The cartridge design isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures, making it suitable for heated or chilled water circulation in large installations or primary-secondary loops.
The standard efficiency 1 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and accepts 115/208-230V/1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
