This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" diameter stainless steel impeller combined with a stainless steel casing, face plate, and shaft to meet NSF-61 requirements. A cast iron bracket supports the motor, while the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber components for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. Built with a self-supporting configuration, the pump can be installed horizontally or vertically, while the sturdy casing structure handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The motor operates at 3 HP and 1750 RPM, featuring a TEFC enclosure and a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
