This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to minimize piping stress. The casing and 7.9" impeller use 304 stainless steel, combined with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The assembly handles temperatures up to 250°F and maximum operating pressures of 175 PSI. It can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external support. Fluid flow remains consistent through the dynamically balanced internal structure, while the shaft includes a ceramic, carbon, and EPT rubber mechanical seal. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the robust construction provides stability in demanding hydronic applications.
The unit operates with a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor designed for 230/460V, 3PH power input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
