This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller and a shaft made of stainless steel, paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. It includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, suitable for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. Designed for flexibility, this self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. The internal hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for precise differential readings during system monitoring.
This unit runs on a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH supply usable at 208V, combined with a 208-240V 1PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
