This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75-inch stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel casing, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural support. A bronze wear ring minimizes clearance gaps between the impeller and housing to maintain efficiency, while the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This unit is self-supported by system piping and can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP unit powered by a 230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
