This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, aligned for installation in piping systems without external support. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket combined with a 6.35" diameter stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. This configuration handles fluids up to 250°F, managed by a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. The casing structure includes pressure tappings for differential readings and permits horizontal or vertical mounting orientations. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit includes integrated suction and discharge ports to reduce mechanical strain on system piping.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure unit with 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
