This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, which allow for installation directly into the system piping. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.35" stainless steel impeller to facilitate fluid flow, while a bronze face plate is included within the bracket assembly. Internal sealing uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure follows Hydraulic Institute standards, and the self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring additional external strapping.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC model that runs on 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
